At least, that was the information shared by Parokya ni Edgar's (PNE) lead vocalist Chito Miranda. Here is his Tweet:
Thanks for all your prayers and encouraging messages. Our hard drive was stolen from our room in our house along with several other stuff...Apparently, the se-x video scandal did its rounds in the social media portals, then to video sharing sites. We are not completely sure how many people have watched it but considering the intensity of how social media can create a buzz like a forest fire, there could be thousands of viewers already. Well, fresh reports say, the video is now taken down. But the question is, how many were able to save it in their personal archives? That we have no exact figure. It saddens to know about this kind of issue in the life a celebrity.

A lot of people shared mixed reactions via Twitter and Facebook. Some of them supported Chito, while a number of them came like bashing and seemingly making fun of the singer. Meanwhile, at the height of the controversy brought about by the video tape scandal, official Parokya ni Edgar Facebook page posted a photo of the couple with the line "Di nyo kami matitinag."
What can you say about this new addition to the celebrity scandals that you've known before? Are you with Chito Miranda and Neri Naig in keeping the good vibes and continue life or among those who share the scandalous material, it be video or a screen capture perhaps?
Ah yes, sorry to the hopefuls out there - we do not have the video nor any kind of photos taken from the video tape scandal.
